The Palestinians and the Egyptians
We are here once again, back in action. My commitment for October 18th has already been fulfilled, I am now waiting for the exam results, and with that, I had some time to stop by and write a passage. I hope everyone is doing well, and there is one situation that I cannot get out of my mind: the situation of the Palestinian people. I argue that the Palestinian people should live in Egypt. When the Gaza Strip was drawn, the possibility of allocating the Palestinians in Egypt was not considered; instead, they created a demarcation recognized as the Gaza Strip, practically within Israel. And that is why conflicts occur.
No one can guarantee that another terrorist attack will not happen. Egyptian culture is closer to Palestinian culture than to Israeli culture. France has already hinted that Palestinians could live in Egypt, since the Gaza Strip simply does not work, and humanitarian aid is being spent in a territory completely destroyed by Israeli bombings. There is no other choice, simply none. To save costs and better distribute humanitarian aid, it is truly necessary that Palestinians be within Egypt, where greater pacification can be achieved, and resources can be better distributed.
Alongside this, a security border between Israel and Egypt is necessary to protect displaced people. This can be very well developed in Egypt, where there are institutions and structures for medical care and better absorption of programs against hunger and for the restoration of dignity. Without hesitation, this is the right path. The Social Peace we long for by 2030 has a good probability of being achieved with Palestinians in Egyptian territory, and sources linked to the UN also seem to agree with this idea, since the Gaza Strip is completely destroyed, and rebuilding it is not a good option if Palestinians remain there.
Therefore, it must also be noted that UN Social Programs will be more efficient and precise if Palestinians are assisted in Egypt. October 7th, finally, in my understanding, is already identified: what many people do not know is that part of HAMAS became a terrorist cell against Israel, so in a short time, the conflict may reignite again if Palestinians remain where they are, and then we will once more face a phase of hostages and negotiations in the future, if nothing is done now.
Finally, it is necessary that all world leaders be engaged in a movement of balance so that Palestinians are domiciled in Egypt, in such a way that a new strip could be drawn, if it is the will of the people, because in Egypt, Palestinians will be closer to humanitarian aid, and thus they will be able to reestablish their dignity as a nation, since Egyptians accept the presence of Palestinians in their territory. Ultimately, the Gaza Strip must be dissolved, and Palestinians need, in order to survive in Social Peace and bring Peace to the World, to be in Egyptian territory.
