THE HORSE

I have been somewhat distant from our Blog lately due to my dedication to studying for the Brazilian Bar Association exam (OAB). I passed the first test, which is the first phase, and now I am preparing for the final exam, where we are given a case and must present a practical legal document. It is a bit challenging, but with the right preparation, there’s no mistake. That’s why I need to focus on studying.

I also want to highlight the work of the United Nations (UN), which has been holding conference sessions addressing the world’s most critical situations. The focus has not been solely on war as something to be resolved; the scope is broader. It is essentially a reform in the UN’s way of thinking, ensuring that by 2030 the 17 Sustainable Development Goals are fully achieved.

The reality is that blogging does not generate income, and I am pursuing my professional license.

For these and other personal reasons, I end up stepping away from the welcoming environment of our Blog. The next and final exam will take place on October 18, 2026. Along this path of fear and challenges, I have met many wonderful people who are going through the same process, and I sincerely hope to celebrate this achievement with them. At the moment, I am studying to distinguish between different types of Administrative Law documents, which are quite complex and present several possibilities in the practical phase. Differentiating a Writ of Mandamus from an appeal, a defense, or an ordinary civil action, among others, is the key step toward achieving a strong score on the exam.
