RUSSIA, UKRAINE AND THE REST OF THE PLANET: SERIOUS CONSIDERATIONS

Yes. We are negotiating, and the negotiations are going as well as possible. In current times, it is clear that the course of the talks is the best it can be, and we are still upholding our global society as the Society of Progress. These words become even clearer after Russia signaled possible support for the integration of UN Peacekeeping Forces along the Donbass border. This is because, with complete clarity, the new frontier has been redrawn due to territorial occupation.

Ukraine, in turn, will possibly cede Donbass, because there is no longer any logic to consider, as the Russian occupation cannot realistically be dismantled. However, the rest of the country—Ukraine—deserves protection against new Russian offensives, which we consider impossible if this third ceasefire agreement is truly signed. The UN should have intervened in the conflict from the beginning, but I admit it would have been difficult to analyze (I mean, from the start) for all of us.

Certainly, and there is no room for disagreement, Ukraine will shrink territorially, but on the other hand, it will gain UN protection against possible new Russian aggressions, which I fully understand will not occur. The goal is to establish the ceasefire so that we can all live on a path of greater progress, stability, and peace in a region harshly punished by these four years of conflict. It becomes even clearer that, if not this way, there is no way out. Many soldiers are accepting contract offers to fight for either side in the conflict. This is the embryo of an unprecedented escalation. Therefore, it is necessary to reverse the situation into a Situation of Peace.

To compose the UN forces in delimiting the territory between Russia and Ukraine, it is clear that NATO cannot approve members for participation. Let’s be honest! Russia is not the problem—the problem is all of us, who must do our work, and often fall into procrastination. This war is, without a doubt, the result of human procrastination. Ukraine’s sovereignty will be respected, but without the territory of Donbass, and when I speak of this protection, it will be carried out by everyone, including Russia, so that markets begin to stabilize. We are in an unstable economic climate due to the effects of the war, a moment that clearly demonstrates that what happens to one country happens to all others, because we are in the Global Era, and everything affects everyone else.

More than ever, this is the way the situation can be resolved, and we can all enter stability again—across the entire planet. With these suggestions, the reconstruction of Ukraine is certain. It is more than desired that, in Ukraine, after the Peace Treaty—which, yes, will emerge!—following the end of negotiations on the third ceasefire, new Ukrainian elections are expected. It is essential that this occurs for the good of the Ukrainian people and the Russian people, due to the new territorial configuration: Donbass belonging to Russia.

Finally, if this is not the path of negotiation, I hereby declare the beginning of the Third World War, and in the end, we will all die!
