PLANETARY EDUCATIONAL MATRIX
The Planetary Educational Matrix urgently needs to be built. We are long past the time to evolve educational values on a global scale. At the structural pillar of this proposal lies the Dignity of the Human Person. Life cannot be lived merely for survival; dignity must be present in the very way we continue to breathe. In this climate of progress, many still have nothing to eat and die of hunger. Yes! We live on a planet of contrasts. While hunger kills thousands of people, we witness scenes driven by rivalries of interest. Interests, as the primary parameter of the Millennium, must be aligned with the notion of Collectivity.
We are, however, encountering barriers in the Construction of Collectivity. No! You are not different from the other who also seeks survival. You and the other share the same intention: to survive peacefully in danger zones—zones which, indeed, must cease to be considered as such. Furthermore, we must return to organized multilateral relations, understanding that everywhere in the world, what citizens desire is to survive with Dignity.
From this, countless cries echo from those who need to be truly valued within a system of Humanistic Capitalism. The value attributed to a person Y in society is essential to understand, for that same person Y represents a Cultural constant, almost always stemming from their country of birth, from where they are native.
Once cultural differentiation is recognized, States must not fail to consider Global Values such as Health, Science, and Technology—disciplines of governance that are, in fact, interrelated at a Planetary Level, that is, across the entire Earth. For this reason, an alignment of educational concepts toward a common planetary foundation must be carried out by all of us, seeking ways to make Planetary Education a reality closer to the present, not so distant in the Future.
Each day we awaken, we must remember that we experience both good and bad fortune in many aspects of life. It is with these and other challenges—such as climate adaptations—that the factor of human dignity is tested. Human Dignity is the pillar of a shared common sense among all nations of the world, and it is for this point—a dignified life—that we struggle. For these and other reasons, we must consider, more than ever, that the United Nations (UN) must conduct a data survey on this matter, convening assemblies to gather the opinions and positions of each member state, so that, if positive, the beginning of an increasingly supportive era may be established—an era in which global society finds its true space, embracing cultural differences, justifying divergences through specific and motivated positions of member states on the subject, in favor of a reality more tangible for us all.
