REFUGEES: THE LOGIC OF SOLVING THE PROBLEM

With greater Depth, I want to address here in this post the problem of Refugees in the world, warning, from now on, that I propose a path that goes from the pointing out of the problematic to the resolution of the situation through the Stabilization of the Global Scenario.

Diverse are the factors – already presented previously in this Blog – that lead civilians to be considered Refugees, factors that result in Malnutrition, Hunger and Death in a large part of the cases; whereas in other places of the world, people waste resources and act illegally to obtain illicit gains in the means of production. What is this? Blatant Inequality!

UNHCR – United Nations Agency for Refugees – is employing a strong Donation campaign to reverse the scenario, but by the calculations made the Donations do not help because the donor network is still not so confident, for they adhere to the positioning “The Country is theirs, let them solve the problem,” this when the Refugee problem is Global, crossing barriers and not recognizing borders. All right, you say that the Donations do not help? But, then, how to solve the Problem?

The resolution of the Refugee Problem is given by the Mobilization of Values, and when talking about Values, one does not speak only of Monetary Values, but Human Values, Cultural Values. In what way can this occur and in what sense? Having greater Market predictability, one will have the resolution of the Problem and there is no other way to Solve the Question.

The problems resulting from Displacements cease when Market predictability is guaranteed, and deaths stop happening, this because greater will be the quantity of people who have started to invest, and with that, the distribution of money in the world will tend to a more equitable balance, providing to each one the monetary part that belongs to him, something that strengthens the donor network, and, exponentially, accelerates the resolution of the problem because it reaches public policies of various problem centers that originated the displacement.

With this, the certain consequence is the production of new products. Thus, new solutions and innovations will be thought of and distributed to those who need them most, invigorating and reestablishing the situation for a more precise, more sought normality, for everyone.

The stabilization of the situation then can be achieved by these steps, without error. With the greater belief in the Market, where the monetary flow is latent, the normalized situation tends to fix itself, and, with that, the Improvement in the Quality of Life of All tends to take place, and the problem of the enormous quantity of Refugees tends drastically to be resolved.
