THE WORLD OF BUSINESS

The world of business is truly complex. One moment, your financial reserves are in order; the next, everything seems to collapse. This is one of the major issues in today’s society: the challenge of stabilizing financial movement. And whose fault is it? You might be quick to point fingers at the ultra-rich—but I beg to differ. You could be ultra-rich. So why aren’t you?

Is money a blessing or a curse? Many people don’t know how to answer this question, and many others are divided between yes and no. To clarify things, let’s look at the numbers: The wealthiest 1% of the world have accumulated $42 trillion since 2020—nearly two-thirds of all wealth generated during that period. Meanwhile, the poorest half of the global population owns just 2% of global wealth, while the top 10% hold around 76% of all reserves.

What becomes clear is that the problem lies in the management and distribution of money. So, in truth, the issue isn’t money itself. If money were the problem, society would have solved it long ago. After all, having a lot of money means nothing if you don’t know how—or on what—to spend it.

The severity of the issue is such that, throughout history, many governments believed they were doing the best with the money they invested or allocated. Yet, misery, hunger, disease, and crises continued to occur. This proves that money alone is not a decisive factor in shaping a healthy society.

This shows us that poorly applied money solves no problems, especially not social ones. To truly address these challenges, we need organization, strategic vision, and a focus on collective well-being.

Economy is not simply about currency—it’s also about organization, and most importantly, the production model adopted by a given culture. So when we talk about economy, we’re talking about: Social organization, Production models, Equitable distribution of opportunities

In the end, money can be a blessing or a curse—it depends on how it’s used. Our real challenge lies in how we think about, organize, and apply resources.

So perhaps the question isn’t “Why am I not rich?”, but rather: How can I contribute to a fairer society, even with the resources I have?
